Via Lemon Test Records:

Utilising a combination of cassette tape loops and digital media, this release occupies a space referencing both musique concrete and areas of William Basinski's output. All four tracks form a cohesive other world, orbiting the works of others such as Helge Sten, Ernest Hood and Daphne Oram. The result is a deeply hypnotic body of work, weaving sculpted loops through a web of captured birdsongs, Rover transmissions and hushed voices. Both transformative and transporting, this is Secular Variation.
